Right Of Access

Personal data that are incomplete or inaccurate may be corrected or deleted at any time. You can exercise your right to rectification by sending an additional statement to Sodiko. Sodiko will act on this within one (1) month of receiving the additional statement.

In addition, you have the right to have your personal data deleted by Sodiko without unreasonable delay. You can only invoke this right in the following cases which Sodiko will assess:

  • Where your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it has been collected or processed;
  • When you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
  • When you object to the processing and there are no overriding mandatory legitimate grounds for processing;
  • When the personal data have been processed unlawfully;
  • When your data must be deleted in accordance with a legal obligation.

Right To Limitation Of Processing / Right To Objection

You have the right to obtain from Sodiko a restriction of processing if one of the following applies:

  • You dispute the accuracy of the personal data;
  • Sodiko’s processing appears to be unlawful and you do not wish to erase the personal data, but you do want a restriction on processing;
  • Sodiko no longer needs your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you still need it for the establishment, exercise or substantiation of a legal claim;
  • Sodiko needs to assess the existence of grounds for deletion of the personal data and this during this period.

Right To Be Forgotten

Right to withdraw your consent / right to lodge a complaint

The time limits for responding to your requests may be extended in exceptional circumstances, including the complexity / volume of your requests. Sodiko will notify you of this extension and the reasons for it within one (1) month of receiving your request.
